Ref: West Indies were 190 for the loss of two wickets after 35 overs in their World Cup match against Netherlands on Monday.

Chris Gayle was batting on 79 with Ramnaresh Sarwan on 13 at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi.

Darren Bravo (30) was dismissed off Pieter Seelaar, as he came down the track to a flighted delivery lofting it towards long on right into the hands of Alexei Kervezee.

The wicket of Devon Smith (53) was the first to fall. He caught behind off Bernard Loots as he attempted a cut for an edge to the keeper. His 53 came off 51 deliveries with the help of nine boundaries.

The opening partnership between Gayle and Smith was worth 100 runs, which came off 99 balls.
